Selecting your categories
To begin the entry process, you can select which categories you would like to enter from the ‘Categories’ page. To access this page click here. This page shows a list of all the categories that are available to enter. Each one has a description and offers some advice on what the judges will be looking for.
To enter 1 nomination or 1 category
Click the tick box next to the the category you wish to enter and press ‘PROCESS>>’
To enter multiple nominations or categories
Tick the small box next to each category you would like to enter. If you would like to put more than 1 nomination into a particular category, edit the quantity box highlighted below to the desired amount. A box will appear on the right-hand side showing how many nominations you have. Click ‘PROCESS>>’ to proceed with this selection.
If you are nominating someone for our Outstanding Contribution Award you will not need to complete the following steps. You will be asked to fill out a form which you can view here.anchor
Creating an account/Logging in
Once you have selected your categories you will be asked to create an account or log in*.
*If you have used this site before your log in details will stay the same. If you have forgotten your password, please click the ‘Forgot password’ link highlighted below, to reset it. If you are still having problems accessing your account please call Jessica Harris on 01293 610 354 or email Jessica.Harris@wrbm.com.
New account verification
If you have created a new account you will be sent an email to verify your email address. You do not need to do this straight away, however you will not be able to complete your nomination(s) until the link has been clicked. The below message will display at the top of your account until it is verified*.

Step 1 – Basket
After creating your account you will be taken straight to your basket. This is where all your Awards Nominations will sit waiting to be completed. You will first answer all the nomination questions. For details on what you will be asked for each category please refer to our categories section here.
You will not be able to continue to the next part of the entry process until all of the nomination forms in your basket have been fully completed. If there are some which you do not have the information to complete yet, you can click ‘Save for later’. This will move the nomination into your ‘Saved items’ meaning you can continue with the rest and come back to complete it at a later date. For more details on saved items please refer to our frequently asked questions section here.
Once all of the required fields on each form have been completed for all nominations in your basket, scroll to the bottom of the page. Tick to confirm you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Click ‘CONTINUE>>’.
Step 2 – Personal details
Once you have completed the Award Nominations form, you will be asked to provide your personal details. When all of the required fields have been completed click ‘NEXT’ at the bottom of the page.
Step 3 – Summary
The final step to complete your transaction is to press the ‘COMPLETE>>’ button on your summary page. Once this button is pressed your nominations will be put forward into the Awards and judged.

To log in and continue a nomination you have already started, from the categories page here, click ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’. This will take you straight through to the log in screen.
My verification link is no longer working/I can’t find my verification link.
If you have not yet verified your account you will not be able to complete your nominations until this has happened. If you have misplaced your verification link or it is no longer working you can resend it from the basket area. In the red banner at the top of your basket click the green ‘Re-send confirmation email’ button. Please make sure you check your spam/junk folders as the email may be sent there.
I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your account, there is a link underneath the log in box which says ‘Forgot password’. Input your email address to receive a password reset link via email. Please make sure you check your spam/junk folders as the email may be sent there.
I need to change the name/email/password registered to the account, how do I do this?
You can do this on the ‘ACCOUNT’ section of the site. Simply click the ‘Edit’ button, make your changes and click ‘Save’.
I want to delete a nomination from my basket as I no longer wish to enter it or have entered it by mistake, how do I do this?
To delete a nomination from your basket there is a small ‘Delete’ button at the top of each one. Click this on the one you wish to delete and then ‘Yes’
I want to add more nominations how do I do this?
In your account go to the basket section of the site. On this page there is a section that states ‘Add another item’ . You may have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see this if you already have nominations in your basket. Click on the drop down and select the category your would like to enter. You can also change the quantity. Click ‘ ADD SELECTED’.
I have a nomination in my ‘Saved items’ which I am now ready to complete, how do I do this?
To access your saved items from your dashboard click ‘Saved items’. You can complete your nomination form here or in your basket. To complete the transaction click ‘Move to basket’. This will place the nomination back in the basket. Please follow the same steps here to complete the transaction.
I have completed my nomination but I want to change some information, how do I do this?
You can amend any of the information you have inputted into your nomination form even after it has been completed*. To do this, on your dashboard controls click ‘Complete’. From here you will see all of the complete transactions in your account. Click on the transaction ID. Once in the summary click on the tab ‘Items’. From here you can edit any of the information on your nomination forms. Make sure you click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the form to register the changes.
*Please note once the entry deadline has passed and the site is closed you will no longer be able to make any amendments. If you do need to change something please contact the event team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The below screen grab is your dashboard. This area has various sections which are explained below.
What is my ‘Basket’
Your basket is where all your award nominations sit when they have just been added to your account and/or have not been completed. Any amends you make to the information on the form here will not be saved if you leave the site without moving to the personal details form or do not place the nomination into your ‘Saved items’.
What are my ‘Saved items’?
You can move nominations into you ‘Saved items’ to save any progress you may have made on answering the questions. From here you can continue to answer the questions and edit the information on the nomination form. Please make sure you click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom to save your changes before leaving the form. To complete and submit your ‘Saved items’ for judging you must click ‘Move to basket’ and follow these steps*.
*Please note you cannot complete any nominations from this section. Any nominations left here will not be complete and will not be judged.
What are my ‘Complete’ items?
Once you have processed your nominations and submitted them for judging they can all be viewed here. Should you wish to make any changes to your entry you can also action this here.
What are my ‘Incomplete’ items?
An incomplete item will appear when you have completed your ‘Awards Nomination’ form but have not completed the full transaction process. Please note, any nominations in this stage will not be judged. Click ‘Complete’ to continue with the ‘Personal details’ form and complete the transaction. Alternatively you can press delete to remove it from your account if it is no longer required.
What are my ‘Nominations’?
On this page you can see an overview of all the nominations in your account in all stages and which categories they are in.
I have verified my account and now I can’t see my nominations, where do I go from here?
If you have created a new account and clicked on the verify link you will be taken to your ‘DASHBOARD’. To see the nominations that are currently sitting in your basket click ‘Basket’.
I want to delete a nomination from my saved items/incomplete items as I no longer need it, how do I do this?
Go to your saved or incomplete items on your dashboard. There is a small delete button to the side of each nomination. Click this and then ‘Yes’.
Please note that these questions have associated word limits which have been highlighted in the red boxes on each screen shot. If you need to upload more than one file or photo please combine them together and upload them as a PDF document*.
